Our concierge service packages provide you with exclusive access to our expert concierge team, who will manage and coordinate the details of your lifestyle. This includes:

Flexibility in Services: We understand that your needs may evolve over time. You can adjust your service package on a monthly basis, depending on whether you require more or fewer hours of support. Changes to your plan will take effect at the beginning of the following billing cycle.

Payment Terms: All services will be invoiced monthly for subscription plans. One-time services, additional hours, and vendor services will be invoiced separately. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.

What's Not Included in Your Membership

Third-Party Vendor Charges: Clients are responsible for the direct costs of services involving third-party providers (e.g., cleaners, movers, chefs, etc.). The concierge team will handle the scheduling, coordination, and communication with vendors; however, payment for these services is billed separately from the concierge service fee.

Travel Surcharge for Extended Service Areas: For clients outside our 15-mile radius from Bellevue, WA, a travel surcharge may apply to cover the additional time and resources for service delivery. This charge will be discussed and agreed upon before any service is provided.
