Hourly Rate Packages

For one-time needs, we offer an hourly rate of $125/hour, with a 3-hour minimum, which includes travel time to/from projects.

Travel Surcharge for Extended Service Areas: For clients outside our 15-mile radius from Bellevue, WA, a travel surcharge may apply to cover the additional time and resources for service delivery. This charge will be discussed and agreed upon before any service is provided.

Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours' notice if a scheduled service or appointment needs to be canceled. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows may result in a full charge for the scheduled service.

Custom Quotes: For large or ongoing projects, we offer tailored quotes, bypassing hourly billing for a more predictable and cost-effective approach.

Flexibility in Services: We understand that your needs may evolve over time. You can adjust your service package on a monthly basis, depending on whether you require more or fewer hours of support. Changes to your plan will take effect at the beginning of the following billing cycle.

Payment Terms: All services will be invoiced monthly for subscription plans. One-time services, additional hours, and vendor services will be invoiced separately. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.

Third-Party Vendor Charges: Clients are responsible for the direct costs of services involving third-party providers (e.g., cleaners, movers, chefs, etc.). The concierge team will handle the scheduling, coordination, and communication with vendors; however, payment for these services is billed separately from the concierge service fee.
